Shipping policy

UK orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day. Standard delivery is 2–5 working days. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to events outside our control.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address input, a refund will be issued excluding shipping fees. Redelivery requires a new charge. If you request your parcel to be left unattended, Ooily Bros Ltd is not liable for loss, damage, or spoilage.
