Refund policy

You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, resaleable condition and packaging.

Opened jars cannot be returned under any circumstances unless they are genuinely faulty. We reserve the right to request evidence (e.g. photos or batch numbers) and to inspect the returned item before confirming a refund or replacement.

Return postage is your responsibility unless the product is confirmed to be defective.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and verifying the return.

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the statutory right to cancel does not apply to opened food products.
