We grew up in a kitchen filled with the bold spices of Malaysia, the vibrant flavours of Hong Kong, and the warmth of countless family meals. With parents who ran restaurants and mama Ooi who taught us the magic of home cooking, food has always been part of who we are.
Inspired by the recipes we grew up with, we created Ooily Bros to continue our family’s food legacy — in a way that feels true to our roots and true to today. We’re massive food lovers, playful, and never far from a table full of friends and family.
Our chilli oils are crafted with real ingredients, layered with umami, and designed for every kind of dish — whether it’s noodles, pasta, pizza, dumplings, or grilled meats. They bring a bold, versatile flavour that makes any meal a little more exciting.
